SC&H GROUP ADOPTS EMPLOYEE STOCK OWNERSHIP PLAN

SPARKS, MD – January 12, 2007 –SC&H Group – a leading CPA and Management Consulting Firm – has recently adopted an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) for the firm.  SC&H adopted an ESOP to transition ownership to all employees within the firm over time.  The firm believes that its ESOP will enhance its reputation as a great place to work.  Even before moving to an ESOP structure, SC&H had been lauded as an attractive place to work, including being named the “Best Place to Work” for organizations with 100-500 employees in the greater Baltimore area by the Baltimore Business Journal.
